A sweet, engrossing and compelling story that made me smile and root for Norah.
There's a moment in your life when you look back and want to relive feelings and emotions like in the past.
Norah is a likeable character even if she's a bit too focused on the past to see the current opportunity.
The descriptions of Dublin were lovely.
My only note is that there were too many flashbacks and this made me the plot less compelling.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine

Really couldn’t push myself to finish this one…I just found it very boring and the way the author used flashbacks really confused me I kept thinking that they were in the present

What a lovely read! This book was perfect for getting me in the Christmas mood. I couldn't wait to see how everything would work out for Norah and what choices she'd make along the way. I loved all the musical references throughout. Really brought life to the characters. Plus, music is always an important part of Christmas for me!

Oh, I so loved this book and the characters. The setting is perfect and even though I kinda anticipated the ending, it was still great. Big thumbs up for all the plot strings getting nice closure and the character development. Also, some scenes really brought me to tears and my heart sped up a little bit at the romantic parts. Really great writing! Can‘t wait for more works by Emily Bell and I really want to go to Dublin now.
