I loved the story and the characters.
The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of the language. I feel like Callie’s inner monologue can have a lot of cheesy frases for someone supposed to be very sexy and powerful. I wish she seemed a little more mature because the combination of humor with the world building didn’t do much for me. But that’s my only complaint ! Loved the whole series and would definitely recommend !! Especially if you love the whole acotar type (which I do).

I just don’t get the old-as-time fae having fifteen year old human mates. Also, sexual violence isn’t really intriguing for the backbone of a story.

Will I keep reading this series?
Let’s be real, I will because I wanna know what’s going on with the coffin women, but if there was a version of this that didn’t have the “romance” aspect I’d be perfectly ok with that.

Also, yes I obviously see the comparisons between ACOMAF. They came out the same year. cOiNcIdEnCe? Maybe. Maybe not. Not sure if I’d be upset if I was SJM tho because this is definitely the lesser raved about book.
