I adore Scott Pilgrim and can’t get enough of it, as most people who know me are aware. One of the things I love about the series is that I always notice new things when rereading it - newspaper headlines, signs, the double meaning of a line of dialogue, etc. Also, reading the series in colour almost feels like reading a whole new book - it’s so beautifully done. I’d read the first colour vol a while ago and acquired the box set later on. I can’t wait to read 2 and 3!

I love this series. rereading it because the anime trailer dropped recently. i can’t believe the whole cast is coming back. iconic movie, iconic comic series.
i think the opening is so funny and does a great job of showing that, yes, scott pilgrim sucks. he is not a great guy. he is dating a high schooler. i think scott pilgrim is a lot like 500 days of summer, sometimes manic pixie dream girls are merely victims of circumstance.
