Dmitri & Dagan find their missing piece
Dmitri and Dagan have been trying (and failing) to make their secret relationship work for millennia. Can one young human really be what they were missing?
I absolutely loved this book, Book 4 of the Reckless Damned series. Definitely read the books in order, this isn't a standalone, but it's written well enough to catch you up on previous events.
Dagan and Dmitri have popped up in previous books, and their story didn't disappoint.
In this you'll find: MM & MMM spice; fated mates; flashbacks to an often unhappy relationship that has lasted millennia; hurt/comfort; a supe/human age gap; a protective demon and an equally protective angel; a human who grew up in care, with past bad choices being held over him; kidnapping; battles in Hell; a virgin having all his fantasies come true; found family; and a HEA for a trio that thought they could never be happy.

Rating: 4 stars (8/10)
Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Tropes: angel x human x demon, pining, light D/s, fated mates, apocalypse, blackmail
Review:
This audio was interesting compared to the others, as I really wasn't expecting Dan Calley to voice Lucky, nor did I expect Joel Leslie to do both Dagon and Dimitri. I still think Joel was the best choice for Harlow, and it has felt not as great ever since then, but with him doing that Southern accent for Dimitri, at least it made both of his character's voices rather distinct. I loved seeing all of the little references to future stories in this one, including meeting Matty, Sebastian being Sebastian, meeting Ferry and just knowing the meaning behind some of his statements, and all of the little Blaise and Toby moments. I'm also really excited for Micah and Knox, and now relearning that Knox looks very much like Dimitri is going to rip me heart out where Micah is concerned. It was great to get this story again, and I was a lot more comfortable with the poly dynamic this time around, now that I've exposed myself to it a lot more.

I just loved the whole series, it was just sooooo good, every brother was awesome and let’s not talk about their mates - they were perfect for them. I don’t read a lot of MMM but I loved the dynamic in this book, they balance each other pretty well which is so damn important.
Dagon and Dimitri have such a dominant side that caused them to argue too much and put their relationship at risk, little did they know that for their bond to work they needed a third person who will bring them unity. Lucky fits so well with them, he gives them someone to protect and most of all pamper.
And please Dimitri is such a dirty talker, for sure he’s no angel or right the kind of Angel we all want !
I just loved every bite of it and most of all I’m so excited about all the new characters, new angels + new demons = more books
