Joey is a journalist who has been assigned a story to find out what happened at a club called Unbound. A year ago a young woman Lacey died in the club and how she really died has never been revealed. Now it's Joeys job to find out the truth.
Reyn/Atlas is a college professor, manager and part owner of Unbound. Last year he lost his fiance Lacey and is still grieving her death, enter Joey who is the first person he's felt a connection with. Is it time to move on or will guilt stop a blossoming relationship?
Over all I liked the relationship between Joey and Reyn though I would have liked more time spent together to deepen their connection.
The guilt and the feelings of not knowing how things should be after loosing someone you love felt real though I wouldn't have minded it being explored more.
