While I don’t usually enjoy reading non-fiction, this one was easy to get behind. What compelled me to keep going was not the rules themselves, but the writing and reasons for the rules. I felt like I was reading a book about things that are often on my mind, but not articulated well, goals I’ve wanted to set, but haven’t taken the time to actually start.

Such an important book that I need to return to it soon! If you're wondering how to think about and live in our modern age as a believer, you need to engage with this book and the ideas about how our habits form us! Are we being formed by the patterns of this world, or being formed by a renewal of our minds in and through Christ?

Great read. Justin is vulnerable and relatable in his words. Explains the benefit of habits to lead to a deeper relationship with God. Would recommend to anyone for personal development and to those who have been given opportunities to lead others closer to Christ.

Wow! I am so encouraged and excited!! This book talks about how habits form us and the idea that choosing our habits wisely helps us to become people who love God and others with our daily lives! What a wonderful book!

I’ve read a few Christian books on habits/formations/rhythms, so I wasn’t expecting anything groundbreaking here. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up loving this book. Great mix of practical tools and ideas, personal stories from the author, and biblical encouragement and wisdom. Highly recommend for all believers
