This book made me realize a lot about humans and our emotions. To say this book has changed me is a huge understatement. I fell I love with Atlas, Lily and Ryle. Towards the end my heart went to Atlas. I felt sorrow for Ryle but I also felt hatred. I hope one day I’ll be able to find my Atlas and I can be their Lily. I cried and laughed so much. This book broke me but in a way I’m grateful for. My sight is no longer blurred by the immaturity that I see in relationships but now I see that relationships aren’t as clear as they seem. Colleen Hoover is a brave and bold writer. Her words effected me in a way no one else can. “Just keep swimming” I found a new meaning to this quote. I’m grateful I got to read this book and I’m sure this book will always be my favorite. The message in this book is beautiful and I hold it dearly to my heart. I can’t word how much I love it, it is beyond my efforts.Graphic: Death of parent, Alcohol, Death, Adult/minor relationship, Domestic abuse, Self harm, Sexual assault, Blood, Child death, Cursing, and Gaslighting
