This novella perfectly wrapped up the duo logo, giving me everything I needed to know what happens next. I find it so amazing how connected this novella is to both books equally, using what we discovered in each book about each character to tie it all together and wrap it nicely with a bow.
The only problem I have with this novella is all it makes me want is more! It gives me exactly what i want which only makes me want it even more!
I definitely think that while it changes nothing from the original story, this novella is important to read after the two books as it gives the perfect ending to a series that has been building up to this one specific moment through the two books.

I loved the ending to JUST ONE YEAR, but this little book is a nice and sweet conclusion to their story.

There is no way to read "Just one day" and not come back to read this novella. It is not just some part of the story, it is the rest of it! It is everything to see friends meeting, to finally get the story straight. To know the journey that made these two individuals who they are now and how the other was a big help in that.
I love seeing almost all friends together. The pieces aligning. Ahhh these books just have my whole heart!

That was ... hot. And sweet, and yay! The narrative style threw me off at first, but I liked being able to get thoughts from a bunch of the great secondary characters. A great coda to Allyson & Willem's story.

I found it a bit weird that this short story was written in 3rd person POV, but I guess it worked out well. The writing was still beautiful and I again loved all the Dutch references. I was a little confused with all those characters that seemed to show up at the end, but eventually, I was satisfied with how the story wrapped up. I guess I can kind of see why Gayle Forman decided not to include this part in one of the first two books. But if you loved Just One Day and Just One Year, you should definitely try out this novella.
