I thought this series was going to be about a dystopian world where there is no good and they need to be cannibals to survive (because it's titled "Starving Anonymous") .... but I was so wrong. MAN was I wrong. It is so so so much deeper and weirder and worse than that, and I honestly didn't think it could get worse than that. There are so many disturbing but also creative and intriguing things happening... It's incredible. It's terrifying. It's ... wrong to even exist, but I'm glad it does. Holy crap.
what is going to happen to them now? Are they going to be experimented on? How are they going to get out?

Even after finishing this series I'm.......still not entirely sure what I read.

Gross. So gross. And weird. But also kind of fun? It's definitely not going to be for everyone, but if you enjoy Junji Ito's work this might be for you.
