The narrator sounds like Dracula and that made listening to this book totally worthwhile.
Although, I had higher expectations.
The ending was actually brilliant. Making a woman grovel is always difficult, but this was done to perfection. Does it make want to continue? Not really.
Love the classical music love, specially the organs (love their sound)
Triggers: cult, death of a child, stillborn (uff, difficult ones)
Erotica paranormal

Gothic setting, bad vamps, morally grey vamps,
witches/vampire slayers, reincarnation, and things
from the other side... what more can a girl ask for!?!
Amazing storytelling, great world building, and pretty
intense & hot chemistry between the characters.
I enjoyed this star-crossed+fated soulmates story
so much. Val & Dahlia are surrounded by so much tragedy.
He's known her many lifetimes, while she's only known
him for the one. That's until she remembers, which usually
doesn't end well for them. Something is always keeping
them apart. Although there's plenty going on, this revolves
heavily around Dahlia and Professor Valtu Aminoff's(Dracula) story.
So many things leading up towards that big cliffy, but so worth it.

Smutty book that had an okay plot but a dreadful ending. I’m losing faith in TikTok recommendations. I can’t read the sequel. It’s 400+ pages and I can’t risk it being anything like this book.
