I loved this books so much more than the first. I laughed, I sobbed, I screamed, I felt every emotion there is to feel while reading this incredible book. Beautifully written, completely relatable. I just can’t put into words how much I loved this book! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would!

Closer to a 4-star. Enjoyed listening, but it was pretty similar to the first book. Will continue with the trilogy.

JOJO! MOYES!!! MISS GIRL!!! i had no idea that me before you was a three book series. i only found out after browsing the library shelves!!

so, first of all,
thank god louisa went to new york and did not spoil her relationship with hottie ambulance sam.

you don’t need to have read the first book if you’ve watched the movie, but i feel like reading it builds a more comprehensive world. it definitely made reading this book more enjoyable.

and hooooo boy was this book a RIDE. i was so impressed by how well expressed all the major plot points were throughout the book. many details of louisa’s life were introduced but every single one was hashed out and was not left hanging by the end of the book. the illustration of grief and moving on was also just so… perfect.

i truly loved this book—it felt like a more honest romance book. which, perhaps, is due to its contemporary nature and the foundation the first book set. all in all, this book was wonderful to read and i’m so glad i got to see what happened to louisa after will 💗

It’s a great sequel that portrays a realistic journey of grief that Lou would experience and how it would impact the way she forms relationships with people and moves forward with their lives. I also love that all the characters have flaws and they’re realistic

I thought this book was rather lovely. I absolutely loved the first book-this second one felt right. When someone goes through heartbreak (especially due to someone else dying), they become someone new. I thought the author did a fantastic job demonstration how Clark went through her grief. While this book wasn’t passionate, I felt that it was as it should be after Wills death.
I loved Lily and her character.  I think it was really great for Clark and the rest of Wills family to experience her. I love Sams character, but I think he’s too good for Clark. And I hate that they are in a relationship.

I really wanted to give jojo moyes a try. I didn’t really like the first book and when I flew through the first 40 pages of the second book I was so relieved that I could finally accommodate to her writing style but after that I just couldn’t get into it again. so I kind of had to slightly force myself through the book. I mean it deals with really serious topics that were portrayed in a manner that I perceived as respectable. the this book really dove into detail what the ending of the first book does with Louisa because it would be too good to be true for her to just live on. it was innovative and I enjoyed that Lily and Sam were introduced into the storyline. the book is pretty okay I guess, I would’ve liked it more if the writing would be different but ig im just not a Fan of jojo moyes.
