Not my favorite mountain man book or my favorite brother- love that Gemma is breaking the mold, but perhaps broke it too far- so much of the book was spent with these two being apart and us missing the usual caveman over the top antics. I do like how he grovels, and as usual, the spice is great.

What an idiot

Yes. That's right. Bay in an idiot. Top of the line, world class idiot. After watching 5 brothers fall he pushes the love of his life away. Luckily One of his brothers keeps her close. Takes Bay a while to find that Barnett charm but once he does its beautiful, giving Missy all the love she never had before.

Yes if you like over the top, toxic, red flag men.

No if you don't like the nickname "little Imp".

These books are the epitome of they are so bad they're good. I'm committed to the series at this point.
