Hauntingly beautiful and dynamic, the entire series! I love this series and I am so glad to get it in digital form and the whole thing, at that. The outfits, the battles, everything. This book, just like the series is ever so captivating! So gothic and lovely

Interesting, but not great. I loved the artwork, but the characters didn't seem to be entirely developed. I'd still read the other books in the series if given the chance, but I'm not dying to.

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this yet. I'm going to read the next book in the series and maybe I'll be able to decide by then, but I'm not entirely sure this will be a series I read to the end.

The artwork is amazing, but the plot itself is all over the place and it moves way too fast. I don't understand anything about what's going on with Dinah at home, even though that seems to be a big plot point in the story. At least, they talk about it as if it is. Maybe the second book will give me a better understanding of everything.

It's a great concept, and I would be really disappointed if it doesn't live up to the expectations I have for it.

I very much love the art style along with the outfits and the monsters, but I feel like the pacing of the story is going very fast (in this volume at the moment). They go back to the mausoleum, solve the riddle and put the ghost to peace, and go back home and do it all over again. There are some moments where the characters reflect but don’t last like long. I’m still going to read through it because I am interested in the premise!

It's a waste of a cool idea. The only saving grace other than the plot (though poorly told) was Edaniel.

I read it for free on popcomics.com so I won't complain much but I was not convinced by the story nor the drawings. I won't buy the next books.

The art is lovely, but the story is not so great. It's common to the point of having no real interest other than the gorgeous illustrations, but nevertheless manages to make sudden leaps that make you think you might have missed a few pages.
