TRIGGER WARNING: Eating Disorders, Self Harm, Suicide, Toxic Relationships 

This was such a comforting read that kept me occupied throughout my 2-days of post-booster recovery. Throughout the book, the author shared her challenges with chronic eating disorder, intimacy, self harm and identity with such honesty and authenticity. She kept it so real with how going for therapy can be a whirlwind journey but consistency and trust in the process will get you far. ❤️

I didn’t really understand or grasp the point of this book. Lots of swearing and graphic details about sex and odd therapy. It was not my cup of tea.
