The book is really good. An honest portrayal of healing and unconventional way of therapy. But the writing could have been better. But would highly recommend for anyone looking to read books on healing and therapy.

What. A. Book. 👏🏼 it was crazy. It was chaotic. But it was absolutely relatable.  As we know, life can get messy and boy, did Christie’s life get pretty messy. But that’s the beauty in her story - she went through the trenches & came out the other side. She threw fits and tantrums & let herself feel every emotion. She worked through intimacy issues and deep-rooted trauma.  Her story showed the beauty in breaking & breaking & breaking yet being able to slowly put yourself together again.  Great story!
