I really enjoyed this second novella. I liked the first one a little bit more, but it was nice to see some things from Alice's point of view - it added a lot of depth to her character. And I can't wait to see what Michelle has in store for the third novella!

Mistress of Souls is yet another novella in the Prophecy of the Sisters series but this time, following the events of the first book. The novella is from Alice’s POV when she’s left alone in the Milthrope’s mansion and I really appreciated that. After reading the first book I had conflicted feelings about her but this book gave me an interesting insight into her mind and definitely helped me understand her better. Now I’m ready to pick up Guardian of the Gate! :)
