This series is so cute, honestly. It's such a slice of life and overall of cuteness! :) This is such a relaxing and laid back manga, I'm really enjoying it.

Algernon is still my favorite, but I’m a little hamster biased

This series is absolutely adorable and the art is very whimsical to go right along with the magical feel of things. I love the characters and the story.

Not as "cozy" as the first volume but this is honestly one of the funniest things I've read in a long time. It feels in the Rumiko Takahashi tradition of humor, really unexpected and made me laugh out loud!

Makoto's sister Akane visits. We see more magic from her and learn a tiny bit more about the witches' world.

Chinatsu makes a request that was bound to happen. She's adorable and just as charming as the rest of her family.

Usually I want to know EVERYTHING about supernatural stories. Who gets to be magical? Why? How do they learn things? Are there other types of supernatural beings? How do they relate to non-magical types? The info is given out slowly in Flying Witch and I'm okay with that. It comes naturally as the characters do things and talk. No infodumps, just a natural flow. It works really well.

This is a rather bland slice of life manga about a girl who is training to be a witch. It is moving too slowly for my current state of mind. Will pick it up when I'm more in the mood for something more laid back and quiet.
