This showed up in a box of young adult books, and I'm not sure why... but since it was there, I figured I would take it home and give it a shot. It's not inappropriate for teens, so I guess it wasn't entirely out of place, but I'm not sure how well it would be received.
It was an interesting read. I've been getting more and more into poetry lately, so I figured why not read this one.. but I don't think it was as... "punchy" as some of the others I've read recently. This doesn't have the same power as Milk and Honey, or The Witch Doesn't Burn In This One, but it was still a good collection of poetry.
