Cute enough but Clarrisa feels too immature and childish at time with the way she acts and represents herself. Especially in the first few chapters you feel it more.
The relationship between Clarissa and Skull was rushed.
Why the hell would you accept a ride from a stranger and have him give you a lift home? Do these heroines lack common sense or just carry death wishes. Yes, it's fiction, but still. I like heroines who exercise common sense.
I like how Skull called Clarissa 'Bookworm'. It might have started out mockingly but grew to a term of endearment.
