Megwyn Jones used to run a home for orphaned children in Wales, but has been in jail for years for the murder of many of those children. Owen and Andy go undercover in a prison to get her to give them the location of the bodies of those children, only for her to agree to show them exactly where the children are.

The story is good. Megwyn comes across as both sympathetic and chilling. Andy and Owen make a good team as well, and offer some much needed comic relief. Big Finish has found a lot of success in pairing Andy with the more cold and cruel of the Torchwood characters.

The ending didn't land for me though. The switch to far more overt sci-fi didn't quite work and the villains motivations went from believable to silly in about 30 seconds. I also never understood why Andy and Owen got involved in this in the first case. It didn't really become clear it was a Torchwood case until about the last 5 minutes of the play and Owen was more surprised than I was, so why exactly was he there?
