I've reread so many passages already that when I flicked to a random point in the 9+ hour audiobook on YouTube I could finish the quote. Amory Blaine is every emotion and idea I've ever experienced. I love every single line of this book.

made me think a lot, especially near the end.
i think the main downfall of this novel is that the writing is almost too beautiful. it kept me reading rather than being absorbed into the story.
i failed to truly care about any of the characters.
but it’s a beautifully written book and one that i can see myself re reading in the future.
edit i made it 2.5 stars instead whoops haha
