This book started as a listicle and as such, it's a bit simplistic/reductive. There are some good things to reflect on in it, and some solid advice, but it stays fairly surface-level. It is also more suited to "average" problems rather than overcoming trauma or mental illness.

Some nitpicks: The audiobook narration isn't professional and can take away from the experience at times. Also, there's a cancer story in almost every chapter.

I did get something out of reflecting on whether or not I am guilty of any of the negative thought patterns described (turns out I am) and will try to apply the advice to my life, but this isn't the most paradigm-shifting book out there.
