wow, great book! Crichton is as good as stephen king at writing characters that you really care about. He keeps you guessing. He gets you invested. He really makes you questions things.

I love Michael Crichton seriously. All the nerdy feels and intelligence gained after I finish one of his books! If you are familiar with his writing you know what I'm talking about... IQ gets higher just by reading! In more ways than one!
Prey was such a cool concept! I've never read or heard of anything even remotely close to this story! Easy 4.5/5 rating from me, which means it's getting bumped up to a 5 on Goodreads imagine a swarm of nano-particles that can survive off of humans and steal their life force. Now imagine them being smart enough to evolve to wanting to infect the population. That's Prey!
