This one has got to be his most boring book! It’s dull & has no zip or pep.

He's just... different. I love this book so much. I wish I could go back and read it as a child again.

Why haven’t I read Roald Dahl’s entire body of work?! I must chip away at it and get them all read because each one I pick up is so utterly perfect.
I loved this story of the clever and determined fox that outwits the stubborn farmers. I love that Dahl uses vocabulary that may trip up younger readers – but so what? The word fits, he uses it, and I appreciate that the book isn’t talking down to readers! Roald Dahl is a gem. I need to read him more – I need to suggest his books more often.
