After reading this, I said one thing to myself; so that's why this book is loved by so many people.
I'd seen some episodes of Poirot on TV and always thought that the detective was very quaint and sweet and that was the charm of the show.
After reading the book, I'd say that it is Poirot but not just him. The writer makes every character come to life. Everyone has a personality, way of talking. Managing so many characters simultaneously is a feat indeed.
