Definitely get the audiobook because the author brings this book to LIFE and it is so so good.

Add me to the list of white ladies who picked up Tyler Merritt’s memoir in part because he’s Jen Hatmaker’s boo.

The only thing I knew about Tyler Merritt was his viral video but that video moved me.  I could not find a copy of his book at Canadian bookstores so I grabbed a copy when travelling in upstate NY this past summer.

I am so glad I did.  This is a great memoir. Candid and self reflective, honest and funny, without sugar coating the difficult topics.  Highly recommend.
