This book literally changed my life. It's incredibly informative, while also leaving quite a bit of space for personal application and the chaotic flexibility of life. I wish so much that I had been given this book when I was 12...and I will reread this forever (because life changes and so do we).
Thank you, Maisie, for giving me and so many others some extremely helpful tools to tackle the menstrual cycle -- and the various aspects of life it affects.
Highly, highly (seriously, I cannot overstate how highly) recommend this book to everyone

So much content in here is essential. However, it is incredibly dense, and it took me 5 months to read for this reason. It is also incredibly trans-inclusive, and has a section for trans women to connect to their cycle and gets input from a trans man. It does however, talk about weight loss for health, which doesn't really align with my ideology.
