I really really want to enjoy these books, but the author is a repeat offender of my #1 pet peeve in a book: REPEATING YOURSELF! Honestly if the main character mentioned that they were raised with a werewolf pack one more time, I was going to bang my freaking head against the wall. Its annoying on many levels, the author has a talent, a rather good one at telling a story but when you bog a story down with repetitive phrases or statements, it just becomes blabber. I know you have this idea you need to tell the reader, but bashing us over the head with it isn't making me/us like these characters its just making me think that you must have needed to up your word counts. I am rating this a 3 simply because Ms Briggs comes from the same school of 'bore your readers with explanations and fill the last 50 pages with the good stuff' and Ms. Laurell K Hamilton, otherwise I really liked this book, especially the last 50 pages. Enough to hold on and try the next book, but I'm hanging by a thread... (i.e I don't read LKH anymore)

5 Silver Borne Stars

I am HOOKED, Mercy & Adam and Samuel and Bran and, and, and lol. I am HOOKED!

This book really got to my heart strings. Samuel has a hard time in this book but really if I am being honest everyone I like kind of did.

So much going on in this one, so much action. This is one of my favorite books so far. I know I will probably say that with each book. Ha ha but I think this one because Sam grew to be a character I respect. And Adam and Mercy’s connection really hit a home run for me.

I need to know what is going to happen, something else I like is that with each book I find new characters I like more and more.

On ward to the next book! :)

*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*
