Keeping the writing aside, the book is visually beautiful. The history of Hamilton is fascinating and I have such huge respect for Lin-Manuel Miranda. I suggest if you do pick up this book, have the soundtrack on hand so there's aspect on the music and scenes discussed.

Completely amazing book. Annotations everywhere!

I loved the juxtaposition of the OBC's points of view to the songs and how they relate accordingly. LMM's annotations on every song were amazing. I knew some of them due to Genius (as you would know, he has contributed comments there as well), but it was so good!

I suppose for now, this is the closest I'll get to actually seeing the play. It's wonderful to see the behind-the-scenes pictures and read the stories behind the play and the lyrics.
