This book has become a top favorite for me. I didn’t want it to end. Physically, it may have ended, but it’s a story that will be held in my heart forever. Yea, it’s that good. Such an inspiring story about fierce, spontaneous love- and not just romantic love. If I were counting miracles, starting today, this would be number 1. In the chaos of life, this has inspired me to have that fearless, yet vulnerable outlook on life as Ursa has shown us.

LOVED this book! Definitely one of my favourites. I found it magical and loved that I didn't know if there would be a supernatural element to it, or not. Highly recommend it!

WOW. Wow. Please, read this. I loved this book beyond belief. First of all, I can not believe that this was Glendy Vanderah's DEBUT?!?!? This feels like the kind of book people only hope they can write one day. I fell in love with these characters, all their messiness, their beauty, and their love for each other. I thought this would be magical realism but I was wrong. This is a contemporary novel that explores the innocence of a child and the love that we foster even in our most uncertain times.

Like most 5 star reads, I found myself crying as the novel came to a close, and not because I was sad but because the story was so beautiful. Ursa, Jo, Gabe, and Little Bear have made their way into my heart and I think they will stay for a while.

5/5 stars and possibly one of my favorites ever
