Her study of matter has been the same process I have done or am doing at the moment. It's well written with lovely visual metaphors. My only problem with it is that it doesn't discuss that 'dark matter' comes back can come back frequently, and you have to keep 'studying'.

I cannot recommend this book enough!! I truly believe every person should experience this graphic novel, whether to understand, process, and cope with their own mental illness or that of a loved one. This graphic novel is not only a beautiful story with breathtaking illustrations, but a guide to understanding your dark matter, finding your genius, and healing with the power of art, expression, and emotional/creative intimacy. I’ll shout it from the rooftops til my lungs give out: this book is a quintessential must-read for everyone!!

Genuinely helpful to decompress and help deal with depressive thoughts, but was overall surface level and more like an instruction guide for the depressed than a fiction comic book.
