I enjoyed getting to see everyone a little older and wiser, though I could’ve done without Fumi’s dislike of Shun turning into homophobia.

It seems as though in the translation, a lot of the context gets lost, but despite that, I was invested in what was happening. It was nice to see a lot of the characters come together, and it seems the story is taking a bit of a turn…the ending especially opens the door to a whole new part of the plot. I’m glad there’s one more volume to explore from here, though this was also a satisfying ending to some degree.

Wow, a time jump! And the poor lovers dealing with a bit of a rut. This volume is mostly a Fumi story, as Fumi struggles with his love for Sakurako and his complicated feelings toward his brother and Mio. I loved all the laughs in this volume, especially whenever Shun and Mio were together.
