Not me reading a Christmas not even in winter and in the middle of summer, it was adorable and cute super fast-paced (feels a little rushed but it's a novella so it's understandable). Thoroughly enjoyed it.

A cute holiday office romance that will have you swooning!

Holly Winter is working her dream job at the Flying Reindeer Toy Company. However there's just one thing that sucks about the job - her boss Nick Saint-Croix. He's nothing like his uncle, who he took over from, and although Holly finds him attractive, he's a bit of jerk. In the lead-up to Christmas, Nick organises a work trip to Germany and the town that Reindeer Falls is modeled on, and Holly can't imagine spending a week away with him, especially after her sister tells her to sleep with him already.

While I was expecting this to be a longer book, I really enjoyed this novella and our introduction to the world of Reindeer Falls and the Winter sisters. Holly is super festive and a really fun character to have narrate the story. I only wish we had the chance to get inside Nick's head as well, as I'm sure that would have been a fun contrast.

Holly and Nick's relationship development was really cute and a total Hallmark moment (like I would totally watch this story as a film so please get on it Hallmark, Lifetime or Netflix!).

Christmas may be over, but definitely add this to your 2020 Christmas TBR - it's short and sweet with the right amount of swoon that'll have you wishing you could spend Christmas in Reindeer Falls!

Cute, short Christmas novel. The plot was quick and to the point, which I loved. Jana Aston does it again!

Okay I randomly saw a video about this series on tiktok and thought why the heck not and read the first one on KU!

I was pleasantly surprised! The christmas vibes were there and I loved the rom-com feel it had! We love a workplace, boss/employee romance!

I definitely want to read more of this series! If you’re looking to try and meet your reading goal this series will be perfect! All the books are under 80 pages!

If you are looking for a light but steamy read for the holiday season, then you have found the right book. I am a huge fan to begin with when it comes to Jana Aston, so I knew when she said she was coming out with a three-part novella series that read like a dirty version of a hallmark movie, I was absolutely sold!

This first novella centers around Holly, who is the type of person that celebrates Christmas year-round, and Nick, her grumpy Grinch of a boss. These two had sparks flying straight from the beginning (which is something I definitely look for in a novella) and their “Christmas activities” would make Santa blush. The Boss Who Stole Christmas is filled with hilarious banter, that is so common in Jana’s books, it makes your entire day. Or, maybe that’s just be me. I mean, who doesn’t love the idea of an Advent calendar that counts down to Dickmas! I loved The Boss Who Stole Christmas and I can’t wait to start the next novella in the series, If you Give a Jerk Gingerbread.
