I’m realizing the regency era may not be my thing. It started nice but I didn’t find myself wanting to keep opening the book. I was okay as the deadline for the library return approached and I was still only 13% in.

I enjoyed this book, it was recommended as an alternative to the Bridgerton books and I found the relationship and banter between our leads to be good. 
I felt the ending was a bit rushed, but the spice was good and I’ll probably read more by this author.
