This was 100% worth the read, as a person who didn’t have healthy love and relationships modeled this gave me a place to start and fresh perspectives on dating, boundaries and relationships overall!

I'm not necessarily a huge self help reader. However,I am a fan of Michelle Elman's and her perspective and her direct and uncomplicated language and approach on topics.
This book is specifically talking about dating, how to approach it and Michelle talks of her own experiences. I loved listening to this even as someone who isn't dating and avoids majority of human interaction. I think, there's lots to gain here in regards to relationships in general and how we perceive them and boundaries of course are weaved in. I really enjoyed Michelle's perspective a lot and really wish I'd gotten the e-book too so I could have highlighted. I genuinely think there's so much in this book that will stick with me.

A little bit limited to a monogamous straight female perspective (which Elman is upfront about), nonetheless a lot of great universally applicable advice for staying aligned to yourself while dating.
