Melanie Harlow is one of my favorite authors, especially when I’m looking for some humor along with the spice. Man Candy was just what I was looking for!

FBC Book Club- Courtney’s Pick. A very cute, feel good, sexy story that was more brain candy than anything! Finished in one sitting while waiting around for my own Quinn to show up! ☺️

This book isn't bad, it just isn't what I usually read. I mean I do like sex in my romance books but there is sex and then there is sex and this was the latter for sure!
The male is hot and then he is irritating, I don't like him all that much, its a bit confusing him being overly masculine and then suddenly he is very feminine. And that is fine if you go for guys like this - which I don't. I think my partner isn't exactly macho masculine but he isn't feminine either - he is happy to talk about his feelings, call me silly nicknames (darling, baby etc...) but he doesn't take selfies and I know he hasn't got an Instagram.
However, I look at my cousin and he does that all and like I said that is fine. I was just fed up of the cringe Instagram posts and selfies!

I've decided I really like Melanie Harlow 's books. I've read maybe 2 or 3 of them to date. This one stood out because usually the guy is the one that fears commitment but this time it was the female. I liked that change because it is real and relatable. Though I think a lot of girls hope for a guy like Quinn. That makes him much more likeable. The plot flowed well. The writing was good too it wasn't cheesy or overdone in any way. I wish it were longer (as usual) otherwise I really liked it.
