This was so queer and so pirate-y which meant I loved reading it. Another amazing thing about it was that each character had their own development which was essential to the main plot. My one criticism is that the art style was super simplistic, which while good for reading flow, was bad in that some panels could have done with more detail to better the worldbuilding.
