2.5 the stories were a bit given and take, not particularly memorable, but some fun moments.

This might be my favourite one out of the simpsons graphic novels I own! It has Alice Cooper, Gene Simmons and Rob Zombie what’s not to love! The art work is amazing and it’s so nostalgic!

This was my first time picking up one of the Treehouse of Horror comic specials and I must say I thought it was a lot of fun and enjoyed it a lot.

This is the first time I can ever really recall actually loving the art in a Simpsons comic. Since it's Treehouse of Horror there's a lot more room to play around and be creative, it makes a lot more overall sense to have some really different artwork, but I was really impressed, I absolutely loved the style in several of the segments in this.

The individual stories were a lot of fun to read too. Lots of laughs, appearance from "Flaming Moe" and Flanders as Satan, some fun parodies, etc. It was basically everything I would have wanted from a THOH comic special.

If you like Simpsons comics and you like THOH, this is definitely something you want to be reading.

Previously read; currently playing catch-up.

Treehouse of Horror comics are usually pretty fun, but this one--containing rockstar-centered stories written by rock stars--is especially fun. Alice Cooper, Pat Boone (?), Rom Zombie and Gene Simmons all contribute to this anthology.

The writing's not consistent, and I don't know how much each musician contributed to their story's dialogue, but Dead Man's Jest goes to some strange places and I can appreciate that.

Plus, the art is really, REALLY good. A lot of times, the Simpsons Comics arts style is slightly off from the original and not-at-all pleasant, but in Treehouse of Horrors--especially this one--the styles are distinct enough from story to story to stand on their own and not need to mimic the original.
