3.5 stars rounded up to 4. That doesn’t mean I didn’t love it

Truly an engaging read from start to finish, Reid has the ability to hook you into her story and make you keep turning the page until the end. The format of the book definitely contributed to that. It was so creatively used, especially when it comes to how people remember events differently and their perspectives. The characters are deeply flawed and yet you still want to cheer for them. Reid is so good at writing complex relationships between so many of the characters.

Amazing book, and the audiobook was like nothing I have ever read! It is so well written and there is a twist at the end that I was NOT expecting. I wasn’t expecting there to be a twist at all. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because it was so real it made me sad that it was fiction. I would talk about interviews with the band and I would want to look them up and watch. Kinda made me mad for the first half of the book lol.
