I enjoyed the bite size review of much of his other writing. A great option for a daily reading.

This is a beautiful little book to keep by your bedside or yoga mat for gentle reading when meditating or grounding yourself. It has lots of poignant advice, but it is not for the pessimistic at heart. I struggled with some of the mantras and advice as it seemed too idealistic, and I am a realist through and through. It’s hard to believe the passages about communication with others. But this is my first read, so it’s good to keep an open mind about what following these ideals about mindfulness and communication can do for you. With that said, I think the passages about self-work are the most valuable and easy to digest.
