I've been a stop and start planner for a while, including the bullet journal. I read this book to hopefully inspire me to keep with it. I found the text easy to follow and understanding the logic behind why things are laid out in certain ways has helped. Fingers crossed I stick with it this time! I found a few of the exercises laid out very interesting and look forward to seeing how that insight informs I have move forward with my goals

Even if you don’t end up using the bullet journal method, reading this book is still time well-spent. The author provides extremely helpful information about human nature and some tools for living a more content life.

I read this only to get more details on how to bullet journal. If that's the reason you're reading this book, I would suggest to go to Ryder's website and take the info from there. This book is 1/4 how to bullet journal, 3/4 inspiration/self-help, which was not what I was looking for. That said, I didn't read this book cover to cover. I got what I needed, skimmed the rest, and returned it to the library. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything doing that.

There is a lot in this book and it is all in one place. One thing really worth emphasizing is that the content matters more than the artistic additions that are often seen on social media.

I first read this in 2021 and it changed my life. Came back for a refresher, and it's still 5 stars! If you haven't come to the world of bullet Journaling yet, let this be your sign!
