I received an ARC from Edelweiss in exchange for an honest review!
What a debut. It's a very good first book and I found it thrilling to read. Although, I do have a few things that I didn't love about it. Such as, the pacing. It just felt off and I got bored at times, which meant I spaced out and missed important things that came around later. Then, this book is compared to Killing Eve. Don't compare a book to a queer TV show if there's no queerness in it. If there were supposed to be romantic and/or sexual tension between Jaz and Ira, I missed that entirely. Other than that, the book was good. I definitely plan on reading out the rest of the series to see how it all rounds out!
