While this book overall was true to what I know of the Marvel universe, the writing and story seemed to fall flat. The writing style seemed jagged towards the beginning of the book but later evens out. Doctor Strange learns that he can't do everything alone and accepts the counsel of others, a good message for everyone.

Well, this is a children's book so I'm obviously not the target audience. But I was surprised by how captivating this story is. There is action, awesome illustrations, all your favourite heroes (like Captain Marvel, Thor and Iron Man) and a valuable lesson for Stephen Strange (and everybody else) to learn. Spoiler Alert: You can't do everything alone, sometimes you need to ask for help - even if you are the Sorcerer Supreme. Thumbs up for this little book!
