OMG OMG OMG @lilithvincentauthor came in with this book and handled her business. I am obsessed with this series. Lilith hit a gal up cause Im adding this trilogy to my paperback collection but Im gonna need it signed.

This book was the perfect closing for the series. It picks up right where Second Comes War left off. Can I just say the author had me thinking one thing at the end of book two and now here I am at the end of book 3 like OHHHH HEYYYY ACID AND THANE!!! You wanna be my boo thangs???

We FINALLY find out who the BOK is and I kinda had an inkling who it was as the book progressed but would of NEVER guessed that by the first two so I love that I was surprised. I also love love love how the men are super into knocking Chiara up (especially my baby daddy Lorenzo).

I totally would die if eventually we got a novella on where they are now.⠀Do we have kids? Is Chiara even more of a baddie?

I loved this series and am so sad to see it end.

Third Comes Vengeance picks up where Second Comes War left off.  Chiara had been abducted by the Black Orchard Killer and she thinks Lorenzo is dead.

We soon find out it was Acid and Thane, the guys who run Strife for Lorenzo who took her.  Chiara stops Lorenzo from killing them and they end up owing her a huge favor, which she cashes in on about halfway through the book.

There is still a lot of plot and character development.  You have to remember this is the third and final book in the series and Chiara is still only 18.  She has become so strong and independent that you forget this.  She is no longer the shy 17-year-old we first met and is not afraid to take control when she wants something.

I loved seeing how quickly Salvatore, Cassius, Vinicius and Lorenzo decide they want Chiara pregnant after they see her with Salvatore’s sister, Ginerva’s baby, especially when Lorenzo (he has quickly become my favorite) has been tracking her cycle and locks her in with only him for 3 days.  Luckily the other guys got over that quickly.

I thought I had guessed who the Black Orchard Killer was, but I was wrong.  However, the actual killer did kill the guy’s sisters at the request of the person I thought was the killer because he hated them so much.
