An (almost) stellar read about a fascinating subject - the ladies of the Pan Am Airlines.  I put in a caveat of 'almost' due to the fact that in more than one portion, the book was a bit 'dry' in its storytelling.  This is not intended to be a critique of author Julia Cooke, who seems to have done a phenomenal job of researching the subject - and being able to speak to several subjects while they are still living.  It is important to preserve our history before we lose those who have lived it.
