Ugh my heart breaks for all of these characters. I cried all the tears and got just as angry as Hades. He loves Sofia so much and just wants to give her the world and more but it seems life is just against him. I’m so ready for what happens next to see if Hades ever gets what he really wants.

Once you start this you will not be able to put it down. Every chapter leaves you will the need to continue reading. Hades true honor is put to the test and the results leave him and Sofia with their hopes and marriage on the line. The ending makes you cringe but also needing more ASAP. Penelope Sky this series is top notch and should be the next book to be made into a movie. This deserves more than 5 Stars!!

I thought it was a trilogy but book 4 is coming... are you kidding me ?
This one is slow paced and nothing really happened until the end. And the end is so rubbish and makes no sense. I don't understand Maddox, his motivation, how he thinks or why he is the way he is. We have no clue except, he's the villain so he does vile things. Great.
I liked Sofia in this, she's right to leave (she should have left way sooner).
Hades is a doormat. He doesn't understand his wife at all. It seems that he loves her because of what the fortune-teller said and not because of his own feelings. It's so weird.

Good story.
Continued from book 1.
Secondary character, Damien will have his book after next book.

Heroine is raped but no detail, though small hints through a nightmare and a heated conversation.

Hero is devoted to heroine. He does have offer from other woman but says no.
No intimate scenes other than the Hero and heroine but as stated before heroine is raped though no details.
She was kept by an enemy for some time so it happened often.

Ended on cliffhanger.
