I figure so many people must hate these books because of the messages they teach - tolerance, acceptance, immigrants are good. Personally I love them and the message and symbolism in this one was on point.

This was a nice, straightforward collection of Ms. Marvel, with a story about the local government teaming up with villains and Kamala's brother getting wrapped up in it, followed by two issues about stopping a runaway train with Red Dagger, the super hero she met in Pakistan a while back.

The first half was alright, the second half was really good. Kareem is finally a big part of the story

After the previous volume, which I was less than wild about, I really think that Mecca puts this series back on track. (Oh, inadvertent train pun with relevance to the second arc in this collection!)

Ms Marvel battles a bunch of d-bags in yellow hats who stole an election and want to make Jersey City great again.
::pointed look::
She also gets a handsome side kick with really great hair. I hope he sticks around for a little while.
