I was skeptical and curious about the book but pleasantly surprised at the quality of the printing and to think the selling price is at 100 INR. Obviously aimed at mass reach , the book makes use of a lot of activities to keep the school student engaged and touches upon in a non-preachy manner various topics like time management, healthy eating, healthy playing, sleeping well, preparation and my favourite - travel to discover yourself through experiences. The book has a lot of QR Codes allowing you interact with it in a social / virtual medium (though you need the Narendra Modi app since all the virtual content is hosted there.) A book devoid of propaganda - actually a good book to be gifted to young kids.

This book would actually be valuable if it had some personal anecdotes instead of cut and dry common sense advice..

Feeling stressed? Don't be. Think you haven't studied enough? Just..don't. Having trouble remembering even when you try really hard? Try harder.

The only useful part of this book is the section on yoga so it gets a star. Without that,this isn't even a book. Its an online opinion piece.
