I devoured this. So fast paced, always something happening, short chapters, a mysterious maze AND likeable characters I mean what else could you ask for.

This book just flew by, I felt the same reading it as I did when I read The Hunger Games :’)

I really enjoyed the Maze Runner. I have a whole bookshelf of books I’ve started but not finished yet I read this whole book in one day. It is filled with action and adventure and it is also full of plot twists to keep things engaging.
I also enjoyed the relationships between the characters who often changed theirs opinions about themselves. I would have however liked to see a little more from Teresa (the only female character) who remains pretty mysterious and who doesn’t serve much purpose in the book if not to simply help Thomas. She sort of just goes along with whatever Thomas says and never really states her opinion or gives any input which is a little frustrating.
All in all this is however a very good book and I definitely recommend it.
