The characters in this book are what make it so highly consumable. I do think it was a little long (450-ish pages), but I stayed up late more than once to keep reading. There were also some imperfections in the writing that distracted me on multiple occasions, and the spicy scenes…were VERY spicy. Could have done without a couple of them (and the domineering attitude of the MMC)but to each their own. Gave this 4.5 stars because while those things weren’t my cup of tea, the relationship between the main characters made up for a lot.

Cute story with adorable characters, even if they made me want to rip my hair out at some points. Good smut scenes but also lots of cute interactions (though the trope of her being bratty started to get old by the end). Climax of the plot didn’t have a ton of stakes / got resolved VERY quickly.
